The Norton Motorcycles Bankruptcy Story

The Norton Motorcycles Bankruptcy Story The Norton Motorcycles Bankrupty Story looks at a brief history of the now bankrupt Norton Motorcycle Company, with a focus on it's current CEO and owner, Stuart Garner, who is accused of pension fraud and using Norton's funding as his own personal piggy bank, selling motorcycles he did not have the parts to produce, and more.

Full article:

Shady things:

1) Stuart Garner offering up all of a company as collateral for a loan to purchase Norton (he offered the entire company when he only actually owned 50% of it).
2) Stuart Garner receiving funds to purchase the Norton Motorcycle Company which turned out to come from fraud (the other parties were found guilty and convicted).
3) Stuart Garner used Norton funds (from retirement/pension funds) towards buying a mansion, Donington Hall, which once housed french monarchy.
4) Stuart Garner used Norton funds (from retirement/pension funds) towards buy not one, but six Aston Martins.

There were two other shady things that I didn't cover in the video for the sake of keeping this video as short as possible. You can read about them in the article.
