Starting Line: No more doggies in the window at retail pet shops

Some people may remember the old tune that asked “How much is that doggie in the window?” Today it’s not as popular, and neither are retail pet shops that sell dogs and cats. There are still a few that do, but Rep. Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn (DFL-Eden Prairie) wants to put a stop to it. Find out more on this week’s Starting Line.
