You've Definitely Never Eaten Spaghetti Like This Before Fried Spaghetti & Meatball On A Stick | Spaghetti and meatballs go together like peanut butter and jelly – you can't have one without the other. But if you want to kick things up a bit and take pasta to a whole new level, you're going to want to try this recipe because we're rolling the noodles into balls, stuffing both balls with cheese, deep fat frying them, and sliding them onto a stick!

You'll Need:

For the meatballs:

- 1 lb beef
- salt & pepper
- 1½ cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 15 cheddar cubes

For the spaghetti balls:

- 10 oz cooked spaghetti noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- pepper to taste
- 15 mozzarella pearls

For the tempura batter:

- 1⅓ cups wheat flour
- ¼ cup corn starch
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups ice water

Extra:

- wooden skewers
- paprika
