SC verdict on the grant of permanent commission to women in army | Capital TV

After 17 years-long legal battle, the way has been cleared for women in the army to get equal rights. The Supreme Court said in an important decision on Monday that all those women officers who want to opt for this option should be given a permanent commission in the army within three months.
