Let's talk about grief... What happens in our bodies while we are grieving? Did you know that grieving is yes, a natural part of life, but that we should be able to move on. If we have resilience, tenacity, friendships, an ability to get over challenges... we can do it. And with proper brain integration (which these affirmations help with) we can get through the stages of grief, eventually and turn around our lives - moving forwards with strength and resilience... :-)
