'Knowing' can NEVER be formulated into any conscious expression of the senses for what 'KNOWS' anything at all is already being expressed through us HERE NOW...

You need not formulate NOW into sentence or theory for it already is without definition or thought...effortless!

What you are trying to define, explain, or over-think is this very indescribable sensation of being NOW effortlessly...

Now is UNLIMITED in potential and pureness, the mind which takes us from being HERE NOW is very much limited.

I will never be able to express an unlimited self beyond appearance through my limited self in appearance.

By surrendering to NOW, I am able to merge the identity of body into the being of pure awareness expressed HERE NOW...

It is the identity of body which suffers, which exists in mind and so is never HERE NOW drinking the eternal elixir of this moment...

Many in the mind, in identity become the seeker and not the watcher.

The watcher is forever in the current of the moment, the seeker is forever in its mind escaping itself from this moment...

The practice of 'being' rather than doing is one of the most simplistic yet difficult things to achieve all because of the mind and identity.

It is through this practice you can begin realizing the difference in 'WHO' is suffering and 'WHO' is aware that this 'WHO' is suffering...

I am pure awareness, I will forever be in this moment as I am HERE NOW simultaneously in a body and outside it.

When I exit my body, I do not go anywhere, through body I experience identity but I am HERE NOW in the very being of all that is.

All is one and this moment HERE NOW is the only moment we will ever find ourselves face to face with...

It is in this mirror we have the ULTIMATE choice: 'TO BE OR NOT TO BE'."
