Cycle 1, Session 2: The Matrix Foundations: Low-impact workout with martial arts, bodyweight, yoga. Filmed in beautiful Bali, the Matrix Foundations is a course made up of 10 'cycles'. Each cycle is made up of 3 sessions - the 1st is to teach you the moves, the 2nd is to practice the moves, and the 3rd is to consolidate the moves, so that your body really remembers everything.

This course has been designed to be low impact and medium intensity, and has been especially designed for those who are new to exercise or returning after a break.
