Most Dangerous Market In Thailand: Maeklong Railway Market

The Maeklong Railway Market is the most dangerous market in Thailand.

What makes this market so dangerous is the fact that a train passes right through the market several times a day. And store owners have to move their products in and out, to avoid it being run over by the train.

I must say, this is the most unusual and dangerous markets I have ever seen, in my life.

The train passes, extremely close, to the point where you can touch. it. There are no safety barriers or anything between you and the train.

So if you are not careful, you could get hit by teh train and possibly die.

I saw a makeshift sign there that says "Do Not Stand & Die". So it is quite dangerous if you don't move far away from the train as it passes through.

But none the less, it was quite a unique and interesting market in Thailand indeed.
