Matt's Yamaha XS250 shed built cafe racer - Racers of Bike Shed Festival

After attending our 2018 Cafe Racer cup, Matt left feeling inspired to return this year to race and not just spectate!

So he got his hands on a Yamaha XS250 and set to work making a custom cafe racer that had only previously existed in his mind.
A proper shed build with all the learnings and quirks that go with the territory including making a numberplate hanger from a repurposed part of an Ikea cabinet!
