The construction practices mentioned here not only describe how proper use of technology not only reduces the cement consumption maximum upto 70% and reduces the use of water in making the concrete about 35%. The process makes stronger and durable concrete. The technology not only reduces the use of natural resources but also explain how waste material can be used in making concrete. As the consumption of cements reduces and it is replaced with low cost waste material it reduces the cost of concrete. The implementation at site after different trails study at laboratory indicate that about 300kg cement and 60 kg water consumption can be reduced per cubic meter of concrete production, if proper chemical and mineral admixture is used for making the concrete. Hence, making the construction sustainable and cost effective. The present model is successfully implemented at about 10 construction sites. The process complies with all major codes of world like BIS, ACI etc.
