The Bible talks about sowing into ministries, "set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income...", sowing & reaping, not "muzzling the ox", and the importance of supporting those who preach to you (AKA: feed your pastor), and those subjects have been readily emphasized in the modern church because they matter. But is that ALL God has to say about giving? Is it all about what we put in an offering plate? Jesus put a huge emphasis on something that much of the church has forgot. Check this out...
