Quick & Easy Pineapple Delight Recipe l Tasty Dessert Recipe l Cooking With Duaa

INGREDIENTS:

double cream 2 cup
sugar 1 cup
pine apple 1 cup
almonds 1/4 cup
pistachio 1/4 cup
candi biscuits 10-12

METHOD:

in a mixing ball put cream and than add sugar mix it then add pistachio and almonds and pine apple mix it very well then in the end add candi biscuits mix it and put in a tray freeze it for 1 to 2 hour or until the mixture is very cold but make sure it doesn't crystallise it should be soft like ice cream, serve it with crushed biscuits on top and enjoy .
