just wanna get it out there, you do not have to; touch your toes, stand on your head, or have the insane ability to meditate for hours, in order to practise yoga. you can bring that peace into your life just as you are, right now. i hope this little sumthin sumthin helps inspire ya to check it out, even just once. flowing to your body is such a gift that everybody is capable of, all is takes is slowing down - even for a minute - to listen in.
