Enveloping & stacking machine and Automatic COS Machine

Enveloping & stacking machine is suitable for enveloping and stacking the lead-acid car battery plate. The machine is composed of vacuum belt putting plate mechanism (3 sets), plate conveying mechanism, separator plate unwinding mechanism, separator transportation mechanism, separator cutting mechanism, turnplate with group mechanism, plates collection mechanism, environmental dust removal mechanism , as well as electrical control system and other components.
Automatic COS machine is the special equipment developed for the pole group
welding of lead-acid car battery. The complete set is composed of a group of pole group clamping-arranging system, brushing lugs and flux, cast-on-strap system and electric control system.
