We all need to keep our eyes opened to the nefarious criminality going on here in Calif...and everywhere. Each time I look around I see things that will bring harm to all life.such as the spraying, LED Street lights going up everywhere, flu shot signs offering bribes to get vaccinated, microwave towers everywhere etc etc. Hard to believe this is all allowed in our lives ..so please keep your mind curious...and pay attention. By the way I did not see these barges releasing any substance...but the fact that they have just parked there has my concerned. You can't trust anything anymore.
