SHACK ALLOTMENT PUT ON HOLD TILL NEXT HEARING IN PETITION CHALLENGING BEACH SHACK POLICY 2019 22

Shack allotment lottery draw will not be held on 17th October as per schedule notified by Goa government. The lottery draw has been put on hold till the High Court decides a petition challenging the Goa Beach Shack Policy 2019-2022, which reserves 90% shacks for experienced shack operators. The High Court will hear this matter on Friday.
