Hi friends, in today's video I have shared special bengali thali in which I have prepared 9 different type of recipes . All the recipes that I have shared are pure veg that means they are made out of no onion and no garlic .
The recipe which I have made in this video are
1) Payesh
2) moong dal
3)Beguni (brinjal fry )
4) Karela fry
5) Sim Chorchori
6) Paneer dalna
7) Phulkopi Roast ( Cauliflower roast )
8) Pineapple chutney
9) Luchi
For Bhaja Masala

1 tbsp fennel seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
1tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 dry red chili
2 Cardomon
Dry roast all the ingredients in low flame . Let it cool and then grind it . Store it in a air tight container.
