Nirbhaya case, court asks for complete report from jail in case of Pawan's head snapping and CCTV.Pawan, convicted in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape case, received a setback for his attempt to hang the death sentence from a Delhi court. On the plea of guilty Pawan Gupta, a Delhi court has sought an action taken report from Mandoli jail till 8 April. The convict Pawan Gupta had said through the plea that he was allegedly beaten up by two policemen of Mandoli jail and he sustained a serious head injury. Pawan had demanded from the court that an FIR be registered in this case.Metropolitan Magistrate Priyanka Nayak, while hearing the plea of convict Pawan, clarified that the order would have no effect on the second case and the hanging would not be affected due to this application.
