Aggravated Assault 2901 N Broad St DC 20 25 015112

On March 3, 2020 at 12:40 am, an unknown black male was involved in a verbal dispute with an unknown female and when the victim, a 62 year-old male, intervened the suspect told him to leave the gas station. As the victim was walking away, the suspect retrieved his Pit-bull dog from his vehicle then ordered the dog to attack him. After the attack, the suspect left him laying in the street then fled the location in a maroon colored Toyota SUV. The victim was transported to Temple Hospital where he was treated for dog bites to his left leg.
