WATCH: Senate votes to restrict Trump's war powers

The Senate voted Thursday, Feb. 13, to limit President Trump’s authority to launch military operations against Iran. Authored by Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, the bipartisan measure said that the president must seek approval from Congress before engaging in further military action against the country.
