Founded in 2003, we operate an in-house design and on-demand film cutting factory on the seventh floor of the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal. Here you’ll find a dedicated team of skilled craftspeople that make customized products for customers around the world.
Through on-the-job training, we work to create opportunities for our team members to enrich their lives while helping to keep a manufacturing base in NYC alive. In 2018, we transformed 10,000 square feet of raw space into a state-of-the-art film cutting factory that produces products for the auto, sign, wrap and craft industries.
Our on-demand model drastically reduces over-production commonly found in traditional supply chains. Rvinyl uses a pull-based manufacturing system, where demand from a customer prompts a product to be made, instead of the traditional push-based system where forecasted demand drives production quantities. With affordability and sustainability at our foundation, we want to bring thoughtful design and the beauty of customization through every product we make.
