ARTICHOKES – 750g
BREADCRUMBS – 50g
MINT
PARSLEY
OLIVE OIL – 40ml
WINE – 30ml
GARLIC – 1 clove
GROUND PEPPER
METHOD
Clean artichokes. Drop them in the water.
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, mint, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper, oil and wine.
Fill the artichokes with the mixture.
Insert them into a cooking pot, pour oil, wine and water.
