Report of PKR MPs signing SD is hearsay, says Saifuddin

Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said talk of PKR MPs signing a statutory declaration (SD) in support of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to continue serving as Prime Minister is merely hearsay.

The PKR secretary-general on Thursday confirmed that the matter has not been brought to the attention of the party.

Sarawak Report had reported that MPs from Umno, PAS, Bersatu as well as several others from PKR have been asked to sign an SD to support Dr Mahathir until the next election.
