The Second Parent coffee meeting of the School Year was completed on 21st January. The topic was anti-bullying. 20 parents attended and the meeting was a huge success in keeping parents from KG to HS informed of our ongoing efforts in making ABS a bully-free school. Nawaf Al-Rubaie, Muluke Al-Mazeedi, Salah Khalefoh and Haya Al-Sane all did an amazing job in presenting important information to the parents regarding the different types of bullying and the ways in which parents can help spot bullying within their children. The Deans explained in great detail the consequences that are issued to students if they were found to be a bully. The Counselors informed parents of the anonymous email account and anonymous comment boxes that are used within the school.
