My RX 5700 XT Is ALREADY Broken, And In A Stupid Way..

My Powercolor RX 5700 XT Red Dragon Is ALREADY BROKEN! After installing it into my system only 3 WEEKS BEFORE issues have started and in some ways are increasing. This cost me $700 and has tarnished my experience with AMD GPU's. It goes from simple flickers to artifacting, tearing, white screening, black screening, glitching, crashing and MUCH more. I've updated pretty much anything I can think of and the issues persist. I then reached out to the seller PC CASE GEAR and submitted a warranty claim.
