Make regular meal (vegetables, proteins and carb) ready aside

Make regular meal (vegetables, proteins and carb) ready aside Lessons I learnt: I will cook a regular meal in the future and put it aside. It will contain vegetables, proteins and carbs, so when I'm hungry I can have some healthier choice. Otherwise I will keep eating snacks. It's ok to have a little snack, but since usually snacks can't fill up the stomach, the result might be overconsumption of the snack, and I still don't feel full. A better way might be having a regular meal ready because a little bit of cooked vegetables, protein and carb may prevent you from overeating snacks. It may stop you eating snacks or give you pause while you are keeping eating snacks or buns. Also, drink some water after eating some carbs, and wait for a while before you eat again. The carbs will swell in your stomach after they meet with water, and make you feel fuller. I had the 8 buns consecutively in a short period of time. I did drink some jasmine tea during the period, but I didn't do it for the first one and wait for a while after the 2nd, the result is after I finished the 8 one, I just started to feel that my stomach was so full that I can't even move my body in the house. I can only lie down in the sofa and wait for the food being digested. It makes feel the whole body is clumsy and heavy. It also makes me feel sleepy. I think that on weekends I didn't cook regular meals is because I always hoped that I could skip some regular meals and just have some snacks, and this way I can lose some weight, but it never worked or it didn't work 9 times out of 10. I shouldn't always have this type of wishful thought in the future weekends.
