In 2017 seven bills were passed to ease the restrictions of an additional dwelling units on a single-family property, and yes I did say UNITS, and it Clearly states that every home in California can build a 2nd rentable unit on a single-family residence.

This video will explain the seven bills and how they are improving the growing need for ADU's and how you can benefit by either helping an aging family member or for additional income.
