GOOD vs BAD?!!  The RED FLAGS of Martial Arts Instructors How to tell a GOOD Martial Arts instructor from a BAD instructor? This week we look at the major RED FLAGS that you should look out. Some of them are obvious, but there are a few subtle things to look for, especially if you are to martial arts.

How do you know the person you have entrusted to teach you to defend yourself is the right person for you? There are many martial arts schools that consistently turn out champion fighters. The common factor is not often the characteristics of the individual fighters but the coaches themselves. The difference between a good fighter and bad fighter is often a good or bad coach. This make all the difference when training to fight for real self defence or combat.

Why is it important if your martial arts instructor is good or bad for you? Well if you are training a martial art for practical application then you need to reactive instruction that will prepare you holistically for the fight.
