WORKING SET:
2. Hip Thrusts - 3 Sets x 10/8/6 Reps (Moderate to Heavy Weight)
Increase Weight, Decrease Reps every set

3. Wide Stance Squat + Pulse - 4 Sets x 10 Reps
4. Elevated Kettlebell Deadlifts - 4 Sets x 12 Reps
5. Cable Donkey Kicks - 4 Sets x 20 Reps each leg
6. Rounded Back Extensions - 4 Sets x 15 Reps
