Los Angeles, California: Celebrating the creativity of Costume Designers for film
in 2019, the FIDM Museum will present the “Art of Motion Picture Costume Design” exhibition for the 28th year. Opening Tuesday, February 4, 2020, see costumes created by all five Academy Award nominees.
Representing the past year in cinema, visitors will see over 100 outstanding costume designs from 30 films and:

This major exhibition is the only one of its kind in the world that pays homage each year to the creativity of the costume designer for film with a museum show of outstanding costumes and Oscar® nominated designs.The exhibition is free to the public, opens Tuesday, February 4 and closes Saturday, March 21, 2020. Visitors’ hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m., closed Sunday/Monday. Located on the campus of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, FIDM Museum is at 9th Street and Grand Avenue. FIDM Museum is located on the campus of FIDM, a college specializing in multi disciplines of design.
