What You Need:
2 lbs Frozen Sweet Cherries
1 tsp. dark brown sugar
1 vanilla bean
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and double line a baking sheet with foil. Spread cherries across pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until cherries are lightly browned and juicy. Let cool, add scraped vanilla bean or vanilla extract, and enjoy all week!
