Possibly a Prehistoric clam shell that was preserved in a stalagmite The valves have a heavy external encrustation of red and white crystals and minerals, which implies it was in a cave at one time and covered by mineral deposits as it was buried in by stalagmites. It might be an Inoceramus clam shell from the Jurassic. I speculate the outer shell may be ‘wavy’ because the minerals are wavy on the top of the shell.
