A bigger Real Estate Wholesaler or Investor can easily send through a skip tracing company, or even just Google for their information in the yellow pages. But if a property is owned by a company it creates one more layer away from the homeowner. Which makes it so skip tracing companies have a much harder time finding the information needed to reach these owners.
But TRUST ME when i say there is TONS of money in Corporate and LLC owned properties!!
It can be a little more difficult to find the owner of properties owned by an LLC or other corporation but in this video I show you a real example of me tracking down a pretty difficult property at random.
In the end I am fairly certain I found the owner with a combination of county records, google, open cooperates, and true people search.
