Long overdue! Many people ask how to combine boxing and bodybuilding and how to incorporate it into your cardio routines. This is my first boxing session after over a year off due to the shoulder injury. Im still not at 100% recovery but i can train and Im happy to share my knowledge and experience. Boxing is all about movement and as you know movement is life. Enjoy!!!
