Homemade olive bread: a delicious and moist alternative to usual bread! This bread is the perfect recipe for all the olive lovers out there!

 

INGREDIENTS

• 450g flour

• 200g black olive

• 270mlwater

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp sugar

• 10g yeast

 

METHOD



In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with room temperature water, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, olive oil and a little flour and start kneading with a spoon.

Add salt and the remaining flour and continue mixing.

Let rise.

After our olives are cut, add them to the dough and mix again to evenly distribute them.

Lay it on a shelf pre-coated with flour, and make 4 strips that you wrap yourself.

Put bread on a baking sheet and leave for half an hour.

Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C (355°F) and leave to cook for another 20 minutes.
