This is so important to realise! I see so many people place all their hopes in eating healthy and neglect the rest in their lives that also needs attention and healing! I was like that. And it can get frustrating to think you are doing your best for your health with food but it's just not getting better fast enough or you hit a point of stagnation and feel stuck and desperate.

Wounds are not just physical injuries visible to the eye. It can also be mental and emotional wounds that we carry in our inner world. That comes from different sources for each individual. It can be from childhood events, traumas, adversisties, loss, toxic relationships, abuse, excessive stress etc...
It can also come from basic needs that are not met for an extended period of time such as love, human touch, social connections, spiritual connection, nature connection, safety, joyful activities, self-development etc...

It can come from your relationship with yourself which is ULTIMATELY the source, it is what reflects on your external world and where the magic lies. By magic I mean, your relationship with yourself is the easiest thing to change and THE thing that creates the biggest and most meaningful changes on your external world too in the long run. It is your inner kingdom. That is your inner dialog and the actions you do for your wellbeing and the wellbeing of all.

I know it hurts to look at wounds but by looking at wounds is how you will know what to do. When you locate the source of pain, you will know how to sooth it and the healing happens much faster. Yes it requires getting out of our comfort, it requires allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, it requires stepping up the game for yourself, it requires bravery but that is where growth and change is to be found. And ultimately the wellbeing you are looking for.

The cause of disease is excessive continous stress on the system. The word Dis-Ease is basically the opposite of Ease, the opposite of Ease is Stress. We ain't here on earth to be stressed most of the time, suffer and have it hard. This is such a deep belief in so many cultures and it affects how we go about life! And even how we go about healing! Stress has become noraml, it's not normal!
We are here to be at ease and enjoy most of the time. This is how healhty nature works.
