a) Single Arm Clean & Thruster (3 sets : 5 reps/side)
b) Anti-Lateral Flexion Squat (3 sets : 5 reps/side)
c) Anti-Lateral Flexion OHP (3 sets : 5 reps/side)
d) Suitcase Deadlift (3 sets : 5 reps/side)
e) Single Arm Swing (3 sets : 5 reps/side)
