Creating healthy muscle tissue Over posture I focus on creating healthy muscle tissue that’s all you really need to do. Create strong healthy tissue in your hips and groin. Over years muscle fibre stick together creating posture problems, you then have an injury, wank to porn to much, etc etc and further injure that already weak tight muscle. Just like in sports if your hamstrings are weak and tight you will injury them easier than if they are loose and strong. So you just focus on getting strong loose hips core and legs. Fix that and your posture changes anyway

I do this with my wrist and it fixed my carpel tunnel and wrist drop. Hard flaccid is pretty much the same as carpel tunnel but in the groin. That tense nervy sensation is the same in the hands as it is in the groin. My hands were stupidly painful and it was just tight tissue in the hands wrists and forearms. Same with hard flaccid is just tense tissue in and around the groin.

When one muscle is tense strengthening another will not take the tension out of a different muscle. You just strengthen the whole area and break down the tissue connective tissue. Don’t over complicate stuff your body doesn’t care what a muscle is called it just wants to be used
