I do this with my wrist and it fixed my carpel tunnel and wrist drop. Hard flaccid is pretty much the same as carpel tunnel but in the groin. That tense nervy sensation is the same in the hands as it is in the groin. My hands were stupidly painful and it was just tight tissue in the hands wrists and forearms. Same with hard flaccid is just tense tissue in and around the groin.
When one muscle is tense strengthening another will not take the tension out of a different muscle. You just strengthen the whole area and break down the tissue connective tissue. Don’t over complicate stuff your body doesn’t care what a muscle is called it just wants to be used
