Co-ed Youth Rugby, The Little Ones! Ages 6,7,8.

In this video, we take the beginner rugby players and do a hit bag and pass drill. As you will see, training the little ones presents some challenges, but they have a lot of fun and with encouragement and practice, as the season progresses, so does their skill level.
