Addressing a press conference after the encounter of accused in the Hyderabad rape and murder case, Cyberabad police commissioner said “On 4 and 5 December, we interrogated the accused after taking the accused into police custody says Telangana Police after Hyderabad encounter.” He added, “During the encounter, two policemen were injured and are being treated at a local hospital: Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar.”
