In this video I'm going to be showing you how to do the following exercises properly: Pec Deck Flys - The "pec deck" is a great way for both beginners and those with experience to target the chest muscles without worrying about the balance required when using a bench, a ball, or when standing.
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - The dumbbell incline press targets the upper portion of the chest, specifically, the clavicular head of the pectoralis major, an area of the chest that's almost completely unengaged during other common chest exercises.
Incline Cable Flys - The incline cable fly is particularly good for targeting the stubborn upper portion of your pec muscles.
