Annika and Sid, two doctors were in love with each other. During a function, some goons try to attack Annika, and Sid comes for her rescue by sacrificing his own life. Annika could not bare the truth that Sid has left her. She imagines him always. Later after few years she finally moved on with her career and then Shivaay, a heart patient enters her life. Annika does his surgery and saves Shivaay. Further she takes care of him. Shivaay and Annika eventually become good friends, but by the passing time, Shivaay starts developing feelings for her. Annika also observes a connection between them, but refrains from getting more close to him as Sid's memories start haunting her. Shivaay proposes to her but she rejects. Tia, who was obsessed with Shivaay, decides to get Annika out of her and Shivaay's life. Later the past repeats, and in an attempt to save Annika from a bullet, Shivaay takes it in. Annika finally confesses that she can't lose Shivaay and she loves him. She performs the surgery and receives a support from Dr. Sid in her dreams and finally Annika accepts to marry Shivaay and they live happily.
so finally a concept after ages!!!! I'm quite proud of this whole thing and the coloring especially! thanks to all those motivations given by my dearest peeps! one thing I wanna clear is that this is not a comparison of both the shows with each other. it's just a concept and I don't want any fandom fights to occur after this.
