Additionally, I show you highlights from my one of squat workout as I close out my first preparation block on the road to Nationals.
Often times we look at those that are successful and think we can never get there. But we fail to take the small steps and put in consistent effort and work in order to progress towards our goals whether that would be in the gym, at work or with our life goals.
Not all of your workouts in the gym are going to be amazing. If you take 100 workouts 80 will be okay, 10, will be amazing and ten will be poor. It is important to focus on creating consistent progress through that majority of your workouts, without letting the ten bad workouts pull you down.
