The Las Vegas Raiders will be right at home in the 2020 NFL Draft as Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock look to hit big on another draft class. With two first round picks, one coming from the Bears, the Raiders are positioned to land two impact players. Derek Carr and the Raiders are in desperate need of wide receiver talent. The WR corps has been riddled with injury this season, leaving Tyrell Williams and Keelan Doss are Carr’s main targets. Hunter Renfrow is hurt, Zay Jones has underwhelmed and the free agent market leaves you wanting. Tom projects the Las Vegas Raiders selecting wide receiver Henry Ruggs III from Alabama who would bring speed to the Raiders offense.
Kenneth Murray is the next name off the board for the Las Vegas Raiders. Murry is a linebacker out of Oklahoma who’s accounted for 85 tackles, 13 for loss and 3 sacks this season. He would give the Raiders a much-needed impact linebacker, especially with Vontaze Burfict’s future in question. While it may seem early to be drafting a linebacker, it’s a position the Raiders definitely need to improve on and one’s that’s been overlooked in previous years.
