Improving Neverwinter In 2020, The Chris Whiteside Approach

Last week, in case you missed it. Neverwinter had it's latest developer stream, except this time, we were introduce to Neverwinter's newest Executive Producer, Chris Whiteside. The stream was only for an hour, but during that hour, it felt like more was said to the community than the last few years of the games life. I'm really looking forward to approach Chris is taking with the game, and how it changes it for the better in the future. What are your thoughts?
