How to move with ease: when flow & dance becomes one.

How to move with ease: when flow & dance becomes one. I want to share with how freeing movement can be. To be able to move with ease, and without pain, without judgement of oneself, with pure gratitude & presence. Sometimes, I get lost in the music and just allow my body to flow as it wishes. That's when the magic happens for me. I feel so much joy when I move like this.

When I first started my fitness journey, I didn't understand this. It was all about losing fat, burning calories, gaining muscle, reps/sets/time/blah blah blah. Since I've adopted a movement mindset, I have become even more confident in my own skin and my training brings me much joy vs anxiety.

I really wish this for you. There's nothing better than having a capable and mobile body that can move with ease and free of pain and discomfort. How do you begin to move like this? Start with basic mobility. I've got tons of mobility tutorials for you! Check out the entire mobility playlist.
