In the past this time of the year is generally when I'm breaking my neck to make sure my micro green crops are getting as much warmth as possible. However this time of year is also the time of year when our farmers markets are slowing down a bit. So what I'm doing this year with our extra inventory is holding it over to the next week. Due to the cooler weather we can get away with keeping our trays longer without the threat of them going to waist. This is how I'm using the cool weather in my favor to grow micro greens. My goal is to minimize the amount of trays we have to compost. Wait that's always the goal. hahahha
