Excess12. Guided Tour and Review. A New Cruising Catamaran with more performance than a Lagoon.

We took a guided tour of the Excess 12m Catamaran at this year's Annapolis Sailboat Show. It is built by Beneteau that also owns Lagoon. It allegedly sails faster than a Lagoon but I would want to test sail it to say for sure because it is not a lot lighter than a similar-sized Lagoon. Is this 38-39' cat large enough to be a good full-time liveaboard, as we sail the world? Watch the video to the end to find out what we like and possibly don't like about this Cat.
