Hi Everybody Peeps. Thanks for clicking on one of my videos again, it means a lot to me and I appreciate all your support.
This video is the first part in a three part series of real time videos.
I drew a pug in coloured pencils and thought people might like to see the full version. This will enable people who want to see specific parts of the drawing such as an eye, ear or the nose to skip to that part of the video and see that part drawn in real time.
I used Faber Castell Polychromos and Caran D'Ache Luminance coloured pencils on this drawing, along with Copic/Touch New Markers and a Uni Posca White marker for highlights.
As usual, I sketched out my drawing lightly and then took more time on it to get the base drawing. I then rubbed out most of it until barely visible with a kneaded eraser. I do this so that I can still see a light underdrawing to work with, but also to get rid of most of the graphite, which doesn't look too good under the coloured pencil.
