The cause of this nasty symptom is high amounts of inflammation in the body that has settled in the cartilage of the rib cage. It could come on by an extreme coughing spells, trauma to the chest, a more sedimentary lifestyle & the types of foods we eat like sugar, carbs, and gluten.
Symptoms include but not limited to burning on either side of your rib cage, deep breaths and certain body movements, cause sharp pains, and/or pain in the upper chest that feels similar to a heart attack
